Ruby Fresh Pomegranate Arils and Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

2 lbs asparagus tips
1 clove garlic
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbl oil
1/2 cup Ruby Fresh Pomegranate Arils
1 Tbl parsley, chopped

Directions

Boil asparagus tips until tender. Cut in half lengthwise. Mash garlic and salt. Add oil and pomegranate seeds. Pour over asparagus. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley
